Challenged?

Deuteronomy 6:4-9

And these words, which I command Thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.

Do you feel challenged after reading that? I do. Last week I spent 3 hours everyday sitting on a train going to and from London. That was a lot of time on my hands so I spent a good amount of time in the word. I read across this passage of scripture and wasn't able to continue. What a challenge that is to me as a parent of a young boy. Not only that I teach the scripturess diligently to my children but that we talk about them and live the scriptures in everything I do. And not only do I live it but my life resounds with the word of God written all over my and my house hold.
